Inspector Certifications

Trained & Experienced

Our inspectors at Bear Inspections, are Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI®) trained by InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors, which is the world's largest nonprofit association providing education, training, and certification for residential and commercial property inspectors (www.NACHI.org).

To maintain their membership in good standing, all InterNACHI-Certified Professional Inspectors (CPI®) are required to pass an Inspector Exam, follow comprehensive Residential Standards of Practice, abide by a strict Code of Ethics, and complete accredited continuing education courses each year.

Before becoming certified, our inspectors completed rigorous inspection courses covering both interior and exterior aspects of homes, including common and major areas of concern for homebuyers like the foundation, heating and cooling, roof, plumbing, and electrical systems. They are proud graduates of InterNACHI® School, the world's only home inspector college offering the nationally-accredited Home Inspector Certificate Program.
